About the therapist
Estelle Chopra moved to Hertfordshire from her native Northern Ireland about 20 years ago (seems like yesterday!) and worked in a bank before having 2 children. When it was time to return to work, shell-shocked from the experience she decided it was time for a new career. Estelle attended Oaklands College to study Holistic Massage, Anatomy and Physiology and Business and Professionalism. After a couple of years practising as a mobile therapist, Estelle decided to specialise in Sports Massage and Injuries and took an extensive training course at the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine. She joined the Attend 2 Health team in February 2009 and since then has diversified into studying a number of complementary therapies, which can now all be booked at Attend 2 Health.

Estelle is registered as a qualified therapist with the British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA) and the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists (APNT) and insured by Holistic Insurance Services.
