New Year New Exercise Regime?
The start of the new year is a great time to take a look at the exercise you currently do and see if adding another class would be beneficial and fit in with your schedule. It’s much easier to find the motivation to exercise if you have a class to go to. It is also important that you enjoy whatever class you do as then you are more likely to stick to it.

We still have 4 spaces left on our Tai Chi class which is at 9.30am on a Monday morning. Not only will you improve your fitness but you will learn a new skill in this class. https://www.attend2health.co.uk/index.php/tai-chi-qigong-and-meditation-class-information/
We have one space left in our Monday night Pilates class running from 6pm-7pm.
There is also 2 spaces left in our Yoga class at 6pm-7pm on a Tuesday evening.

Classes are limited to just 6 people so that you can get a lot of attention in the class. They are suitable for all levels and run in blocks of 6 weeks.
Classes cost £14 a class. For more information give us a call on 01763 87 80 87.

I highly recommend Chiropractor Ashleigh Cattle at Attend2Health. She has fixed my calf muscle problems and has solved the … More problems of my shoulder and hips. She's always jolly and makes treatment a joy. Thank you. -

I see the Chiropractor Adrian regularly for my whiplash injury. He's very professional and always explains what he's … More about to do so that I understand. I have complete faith in him to adjust my neck and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you -

Having hurt my back on holiday I went to Attend to Health for first time and saw Megan the Osteopath and I can't speak … More highly enough about her. She has been amazing. After 4 sessions she has got my back back to normal. Having limped in there 4 weeks I am now walking properly.
Can't speak highly enough about Megan and she's such a lovely lady and always has a smile on her face.
As I left She said "keep doing your stretches!". And I will.
