Angela has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2006 as a personal trainer, swimming teacher and sports coach. More recently she has completed level 4 sports massage therapy. Angela uses her knowledge of the body from her fitness knowledge and keen eye of how the body moves to add a dimension of sports massage to assist in recovery and stress relief.

Angela enjoys her own training as a triathlete and runner and knows the stresses and strains our bodies are put through in work, rest and play. Massage is a necessity in everyone’s life for stress relief, posture correction and a little bit of ‘me’ time.
