I have a questionnaire about how we are doing and would love it if you could fill this out for me. Once you have filled it out just let the receptionist know at your next appointment and they will give you a £5 discount as a thank you.
The questionnaire asks a lot of questions related to chiropractic but please answer the questionnaire no matter what practitioner you see it has just been written for us by the Royal College of Chiropractors and they analyse the results for us.

Having hurt my back on holiday I went to Attend to Health for first time and saw Megan the Osteopath and I can't speak … More highly enough about her. She has been amazing. After 4 sessions she has got my back back to normal. Having limped in there 4 weeks I am now walking properly.
