Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to complete our latest survey. Sixty patients completed the survey. We are extremely grateful as we can make sure we are providing the best service possible.

Overall everyone is extremely happy with the treatment provided. We did have one miscommunication with a patient regarding the free 15 minute chat. We are however trying to make sure this would never happen again by introducing a form that patients fill out before a free chat detailing exactly what is involved and what it is for.

Other than that we are so pleased with the feedback and peoples responses. We try so hard in what we do. It means so much to read everyone’s feedback and responses so thank you so much.
