Our First Aid courses at Attend2Health have been very well received with everyone enjoying their day. The course is a professional qualification – Emergency First Aid at Work and is valid for 3 years.Â
It is a physical course where you must demonstrate CPR for a number of minutes. At £120 for the day we are cheaper than the Red Cross or St Johns. The next course will be held on Thursday 16th May. For more information please call 01763 87 80 87.

This course provides basic life saving first aid skills and knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations, covering:
- Adult resuscitation (CPR)
- Burns and scalds
- Choking adult
- Communication and casualty care
- Defibrillator prompts and how to respond
- Defibrillator pad placement
- Minor and severe bleeding
- Role of the first aider (including knowledge of health and safety regulations)
- Seizures
- Shock
- Unresponsive adult

Louise Hampton
Louise Hampton is a chiropractor and owner of the award winning Attend2Health clinic. She is a fellow of the British Chiropractic Association and first qualified in 2004 with a degree in Chiropractic. In her spare time she enjoys throwing the hammer in athletics and spending time with her children.
