Anna is a Registered Dietitian (HCPC), passionate about supporting people to improve their health and lifestyle through evidence-based nutrition. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Nottingham, one of the UK’s leading centres for nutrition education.
Anna has a range of experience across inpatient and outpatient clinical settings as well as within a sporting organisation, giving her a broad foundation to support clients with diverse needs. She takes a patient-centred and empathetic approach, ensuring that every plan is realistic, individualised, and aligned with each person’s unique circumstances.
