Together, you’ll consider:

  • Your diet and nutritional needs
  • Your relationship with food
  • Your wider health and wellbeing
  • Your lifestyle, environment, and activity levels

Anna’s approach is holistic and collaborative. She values your background, culture, taste preferences, and cooking skills, so that any recommendations are not only nutritious but also foods you genuinely enjoy.

Anna is a trained communicator in behaviour-change techniques, helping you stay motivated and confident as you work towards your goals.

Through clear, supportive guidance, she can help you:

  • Separate fact from fiction
  • Improve your relationship with food
  • Build a deeper understanding of nutrition
  • Make realistic, sustainable lifestyle choices

Working with Anna means having a trusted professional alongside you throughout your journey, ensuring your plan is both effective and achievable.

What will a session look like?

Before your first consultation, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire. This helps Anna gain an understanding of your background, current concerns, and priorities.

Your initial consultation will typically last around 50 minutes. During this time, you will work together to explore your nutritional concerns, symptoms, medical history, lifestyle factors, food intake and preferences, activity levels, and family history. This in-depth discussion allows Anna to build a clear picture of your health and to work with you in setting realistic, attainable goals that support the nutrition and lifestyle changes you’d like to achieve.

In some cases, biochemistry or medical test results may be required to ensure that recommendations are both safe and accurate. Where necessary, Anna may liaise with your GP or healthcare team to integrate this information into your care plan.

Follow-up consultations are recommended to track your progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust your plan as needed.
