I have worked in learning and development in the commercial sector for well over twenty years now and for the last five years I have had a special interest in well-being and mental health first aid (MHFA). I qualified in MHFA five years ago and earlier this year I undertook further development to become a MHFA trainer. I am an experienced and confident trainer, coach and facilitator who can work with all types of people in 1-1 or group settings. I am passionate about educating and empowering my delegates and pride myself on running engaging and valuable workshops that will make a difference in peoples lives.
