Meet Rosa Cives – ADHD Coach & Health & Wellbeing Coach
As a certified Health and Wellbeing Coach, I support individuals and groups through a client-centred approach to help them achieve self-defined goals related to their overall health, lifestyle, and mental wellbeing.
In my role as an ADHD Coach, I work specifically with clients who are navigating life with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Whether formally diagnosed or exploring the traits of ADHD, I help clients better understand themselves, develop personalised strategies for managing day-to-day challenges, and build on their strengths to create sustainable, meaningful change. This may include working on focus, emotional regulation, time management, and creating routines that align with their unique ways of thinking and working.

What Is Health & Wellbeing Coaching?
Health & Wellbeing Coaching is a collaborative and empowering process where I work with you to:
-
Identify and achieve your personal health and wellbeing goals, using your own insights and strengths.
-
Develop practical self-management strategies that support long-term behavioural change.
-
Make the most of both internal strengths and external resources, including support networks and community tools.
-
Implement guidance from other healthcare professionals, helping you put their advice into practice in a way that works for you.
-
Build awareness and confidence, offering space for new perspectives and self-discovery.
-
Stay accountable with regular support to keep you on track and motivated.
-
Access trustworthy health information from recognised, evidence-based sources — always shared with your permission, and only to support your own decision-making and confidence.
Coaching conversations can cover a wide range of topics including food and nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, relationships, life purpose, and how a diagnosis or health condition may be affecting you.
What I Don’t Do as a Coach
It’s important to know that Health & Wellbeing Coaching is not a clinical or diagnostic service. As such, I do not:
-
Diagnose health conditions or analyse symptoms
-
Interpret medical test results
-
Offer specific nutrition or supplement advice
-
Prescribe or de-prescribe medications or treatments
-
Design meal plans or physical therapy programmes
-
Make claims to cure or prevent illness
Unless otherwise qualified, UKIHCA-registered coaches (such as myself) must not provide individual medical or nutritional advice, but instead focus on empowering you to explore your own wellbeing through informed and supported choices.
