Changes at Attend2Health
As Louise looks to celebrate 20 years as a Chiropractor she has decided to step back from treating to concentrate on all the admin and marketing that comes with running a busy clinic. She is going to really miss her patients but hopefully will still see them as she will still be in the clinic quite a bit just not treating. We do have 3 other excellent Chiropractors and 2 Osteopaths taking over so there are lots of practitioners to choose from. Bookings can also be made online at www.attend2health.co.uk.

The next First Aid Course will be on Thursday 23rd May. There are still a few spaces left. The cost is £120 and the certificate will be valid for 3 years. The Emergency First Aid at Work course is quite physical and you must be able to do CPR for 2 minutes. For more information please call 01763 87 80 87.

As the weather improves and we start to be in the garden more please be careful with the amount of bending you are doing. One of the most common ways for people to hurt their back is to be bending for any prolonged period of time. Make sure you have regular breaks and keep switching between say weeding to pruning so that you are in different positions. If you do start to feel a pain – stop for a bit, don’t ignore it.
If the pain continues then pop in for a free chat and we can see if we can help. Just call 01763 87 80 87.
Thank you so much for your continued support.

Sarah is a great Pilates Reformer instructor. I was a beginner 9 months ago but she helped me to understand and benefit … More from our weekly classes and I have progressed to intermediate level.
I look forward our the weekly class and feel real improvements in both my core strength and flexibility. Combining Reformer with Cross-Fit Legends training has helped make me feel fitter and stronger than I have for many years. -

On separate occasions earlier this year, I suffered a painful trapped nerve in my arm. I saw physio Joanne the first time … More and osteopath Meghan the second. I received excellent treatment and advice from both and with just a couple of sessions they sorted me out each time. More recently Meghan has been treating me for very painful sciatica. Initially I was in agony and could barely walk, even with the aid of a stick. I had one treatment a week and by the third session I was virtually out of pain and walking normally. Meghan also gave me specific exercises to do at home and was a pleasure to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to return if I have problems in the future. Big thank you to Meghan! And to all the staff at Attend2Health who make it a friendly, welcoming place to visit. -
